1442	Viewer resets codepage	ache		"When I open a file in the built-in viewer it always displays as UTF-8, even when another codepage is selected in ""Choose codepage"" menu. When I open ""Choose codepage"" menu and select a codepage, the text does change accordingly, but in the next file I view it will again be UTF-8.

The settings in the ""Display bits"" menu don't seem to affect this behavior.
