1482	Editor drop-down menus	dborca		"The menus in editor have become overly tall with the additions of ""Encoding"" and ""Find declarations"" & friends.  The idea is that on a standard 80x25 console, the menu extends past the bottom of the screen.  Maybe move ""Encoding"" in ""Options"" and ""Find declarations"" in ""Search/Repl""?
