2. Run mc-4.7.0-pre3 that compiled with s-lang.

3. See how mc shows file name in file panels. It should be OK.

4. Open file with F3 or F4. mc should normally show file contents.

5. Run mc-4.7.0-pre3 that compiled with ncurses.

6. See how mc shows file name in file panels. It should be OK.

7. Open file with F3 or F4. mc will show "" Ёлочки "" in place of ""«Ёлочки»"".

I see this bug under Slackware-13.0.
