Please remember, after pre4 we will release out 4.7.0
Therefore one month no any changes of i18n-related stuff, no any nes features - just bugfixing. Need to prepare translations and need to contact with i18n-teams.

New NEWS File must contain changes between previous stable (mc-4.6.0) and current stable (mc-4.7.0). Therefore need to collect changeset from all NEWS-4.7.0-pre* files.
