2021	create mark and move *up* command	buenchaval	angel_il	"currently there is a ""mark (select) file and (optionally) move down"" command. it would be nice to have a ""mark and (optionally) move up"" command too, and have separate keybindings for each. one could then assign both commands e.g to SHIFT+UP and SHIFT+DOWN sortcuts as in far manager and others.
