translation behaviour between minor version

e.g.

mc-4.7.0.8 / mc-4.7.2...   >  I can see the perfect translation everywhere

mc-4.7.0.1 and other...    > I can see  mixed translations everywhere .  e. g.
The upper  ""Main Menu""  has english  titles ( ""left"" ""right"" ""file"" ""options""..
) but under the untranslated menu title I can see the choices in italian 


mc-4.7.3-x   >   I can see the right translation almost  everywhere but not on
some messages. 
e. g. pressing F10 for exit I can see ""Do you want really exit from ... ""  and   ""SI/NO"" (in italian )

a little but annoying problem
