2955	Changing output_lines has no effect	gprimosch		"I would like to display more than the one line of console output. I modified the output_lines property both in the ~/config/mc/ini file and through the UI Layout screen, but it has no effect on MC. 

The impacted code seems to be in src/filemanager/layout.c, but I don't see why it is not working. I have tried with versions compiled for both OSX (4.8.1.3) and Ubuntu (4.8.1).
