* the option does not say what will happen when this option is disabled
* There are no SI units used here at all because byte is not a SI unit. Only SI prefixes are used with #3666.

The label should either be changed to ""Use SI prefixes instead of IEC ones"" (which reflects the correct terms and new reality) or better to ""Size prefix style: [IEC, SI]"".
