First off, MC awesome! Thank yo much for this great program!
Now, to the questions, to which I could not find solutions in the mailing list or anywhere through google search.

I tried everything I could find to make
""select-editor"" command work, but it only displays an error on the cli:
""bash: select-editor: command not found""
with or without mc running. Also, trying via F2, @, select-editor, did not work.
Also, there is no file "".selected_editor"" in ""~"" or anywhere on the server.

While some meta keyboard shortcuts work, e.g. ""meta+o"" (which is on my end ""ECS+o""), none of these work:
Meta + ` 	Show list of screens: viewers, editors and file panel
Meta + { 	Switch to previous screen
Meta + } 	Switch to next screen

Can you please let me know how to make them work? Are there alternatives? Any hint/help appreciated.
