4240	Add AES-256/GCM encryption support	rafael-santiago		"Add encryption support by using AES-256/GCM. The idea is to provide an encryption/decryption mechanism through menu options ""Command|Encryption...""  and ""Command|Decryption..."". After encrypted all previous edit actions must be cleaned. The encryption and decryption commands do not save changes, the user must explicitly do it. In order to circumvect encoding issues the ciphertext should be encoded by using Base64.
