Missing keybindings

Description

With default instalation don't work:

  1. editor - ctrl-shift-up/down (due to missing entries in mc.keymap)
  2. panel - shift-F3 (simple view - missing in mc.keymap and keybind)
  3. viewer - 'n' (according to help C-s, F17, n should do CK_ViewContinueSearch; help doesn't mention C-r which is binded).

Ad. 2 - mc.keymap contains shift-F3 which doesn't work, f13 works as expected and is consistent with the rest of f1x.

#1724 doesn't mention those particular issues and provides no patches. Furthermore 1661<1724 so being a 'duplicate' is kind of ridiculous.
