"Show directory sizes" shows size of only one directory

Description

In previous MC version, when "Show directory sizes" was invoked (F9, C, I for example), then sizes of all direcrories were scanned and calculated. Now in curent git head only the single directory under cursor is calculated

To show sizes of all subdirectories, place cursor on "..". This behavior was implemented in #7.
