Description

Go to the web archives of mc-bugs, open any message.
In the footer there's a Ticket URL and a Midnight Commander homepage URL.
They start with 'www', so are interpreted as relative to the current site (Google Groups), hence they don't work, they give a 404.
The URLs should be fully qualified, starting with '​http://' in order to work.
Could you please fix them? Thanks!
