Viewing a 'html' file using F3 produces the following error:

/usr/lib/mc/ext.d/web.sh: 18: /usr/lib/mc/ext.d/web.sh: lynx: not found

Pressing 'Enter' seems to attempt to pull up a view, but it quickly disappears.

Pressing 'Shift F3' brings up a text view.

Just install lynx or links.
